Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation before substantial project progress has been completed.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are not applicable once work has significantly progressed.
• Marketing, advertising, and digital campaign fees are non-refundable after campaign execution begins.

Processing Time

Eligible refunds, if approved, will be processed within 2–7 business days.

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Paid advertising budgets
• SEO services already executed
• Domain registration
• Hosting services
• Third-party software purchases
